I reached out to customer service and they replied way quicker than I expected?? They handled the issue right away and got it fixed without any hassle

Returning the blanket was straightforward, so no real complaints there. The refund just took longer to show up than I was hoping. I’ve had some refunds come through faster, like… but overall it wasn’t a huge issue, just a little slower than expected

It’s a good blanket for what you pay. Nothing fancy, but it does the job, and I feel like it was worth the money

Trying to check out was a hassle. The page kept freezing, and my discount code disappeared a couple of times, so I had to keep going back and fixing it. I did finally get my order through, but the whole process felt annoying and kind of made me wonder if I could trust the site. It also had that weird feeling like there wasn’t a real person behind it if something went wrong.

I was thinking about ordering from Berkshire Blanket, and I’m totally calm about it, obviously, but the prices just felt a little too high for me. They had discounts showing, but once I compared a few other options, it didn’t really feel like some amazing deal.

Then after shipping and the extra costs were added, it still came out more expensive than I expected. The sale prices made it seem like I was saving a lot more than I actually was, so I just backed out. Not really worth it for me...

The exchange dragged on way longer than it should have. They kept using all this polished customer service wording, but it didn’t really match what was happening. I just wanted a simple exchange, and it turned into a whole headache. I wouldn’t go through it again

I picked up a blanket from Berkshire Blanket, and for me, it’s been a really nice surprise. I usually get too warm when I sleep, but my feet still end up cold, so finding the right blanket can be tricky. This one feels like a good middle ground. It keeps me cozy, but I haven’t been waking up sweaty in the middle of the night. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now, my sleep has felt a little more comfortable. I’d definitely buy it again

My cat actually likes it, so that’s a win. The downside is dog hair sticks to it badly, which gets old fast. I haven’t bothered reaching out to customer service because, i don’t really trust that it would go anywhere.

I was hoping this blanket would be a little thicker and softer based on the photos, but it felt kind of flat to me. I ordered a blanket from berkshireblanket.com, i was so excited when it first arrived because it felt incredibly soft and cozy. That first snuggle with it was amazing, and washing it seemed simple enough since I just followed the care tag and used cold water.

After the first wash, it still looked and felt fine, so I felt relieved. But after a few more washes, I noticed it started losing a bit of that fluffy, cloud-like feel that made me love it at first. It’s definitely not ruined, but it made me a little disappointed because it just doesn’t feel quite as special as it did on day one.
Drying also took longer than I expected, which was a little frustrating. I still use it and it’s still comfy, but I really wish it held up better over time in the wash.

I was disappointed when this showed up. The box was half crushed, barely taped shut, and the blanket inside didn’t have much protection at all. I’m usually careful about stuff like that because it makes me wonder what else could’ve gotten damaged or contaminated during shipping. When I opened it, there was dirt on one corner of the blanket, which was really frustrating. For the price, I expected it to be packed with a lot more care...

I got a Berkshire Blanket and the first thing I noticed was the stitching. I know, weird thing to get excited about, but the edges looked really clean and tight, with none of those annoying little loose threads sticking out.

I’ve washed it a couple times and the seams still look just as good. At first I was like, okay, it’s just a blanket, calm down… but no, I’m impressed. Nothing is pulling apart or getting weird, and it feels like someone actually cared when making it
